During the February 2022 Quarterly Hapū Hui, a volunteer task team* was actioned amongst uri present at the hui to unpack all the feedback from uri for hapū goals and aspirations for the year ahead.
Below are examples of the team going through a system of brainstorming and working through the goals and aspirations so to identify themes and how easy or hard each theme/goal would be for hapū to achieve.
In the spreadsheet below these are the overall themes with identified some tasks that will be needed to achieve these goals over the next Māori new year.
Next step to make these goals happen is for uri who are available to actively contribute skills, and time to a work group or groups that will take responsibility for the next phase of achieving these goals.
This all happens at our quarterly hapū hui.
